Our fitness trainers serve the greater Washington DC, Metropolitan region. We come from all walks of life and each of us truly believes in the life-long benefits of regular exercise. Even though you might not necessarily enjoy exercising, we try to make each training session as fun as possible so that you may begin to enjoy working out as well. For those of you looking to take your training to the next level, we will challenge you mentally and physically with each exercise you perform. Each client has a different set of goals and limitations, so we expect you to have many questions before choosing to commence in a fitness journey. We do not provide "pictorial demonstrations" of exercises on our website because no two people are alike. Range of motion (ROM) limitations due to injuries and/or your individual biological structure makes it impossible for everyone to properly perform all exercises using the same exact form. Therefore, we do not want anyone to risk injury by following a negligent "bonus" that most personal training websites include.
