We are currently focusing our in-person training services towards working with new clients who are interested in our Corrective Exercise Special. This special consists of the most thorough fitness/nutritional assessment that any company is offering in the area. Also included are five additional sessions which will not only improve upon your body's posture and balance, but will teach you how to assess your body's movements so you know how to adjust your training over time. Quite simply, we will educate you in how to correct imbalances on your own, and how such corrections impact your ability to reach your true fitness goals. This principle of training is most effective for both athletes as well as persons with recent injuries, chronic illnesses and/or other disabilities. We are not the typical "cookie-cutter" training company who trains "rich housewives" in order to make a buck or two. If you simply wish to spend some social time in a gym, we probably are not your best bet as we expect our clients to work hard.

Most trainers in the area either do not have the expertise, patience or desire to share with their clients that which will most greatly improve upon your fitness capabilities. Our unique approach will not only aid in your level of fitness, but will help you get through your daily routine with more ease and poise. Our Corrective Exercise Special is particularly well suited for those individual who suffer from physical limitations and those who have been involved in physically-debilitating accidents.
A 'typical' training session consists of one-hour with your trainer, which should be preceded by a warm-up & stretching routine on the client's own time. We provide you with such a warm-up routine during the first training session. As one of our clients, you are truly in charge. We will use our expertise and experience as professional experts in order to develop challenging and effective fitness programs. We will even set out a routine for you to complete on days in which you may train by yourself.
